Our Practice

Everything about our practice reflects our philosophy. From the environment we've created to the team we've built, our goal is simple — to make you feel welcome, cared for, and confident from the very first visit. We aim to make you smile even before those braces come off.

Our Team

Behind every great patient experience is a team that genuinely cares. The staff at Kuhlberg Orthodontics brings decades of experience, warmth, and personal attention to every interaction — from your first phone call through the day your treatment is complete. We work hard to make the practical side of care as smooth as possible — scheduling that respects your time, financial arrangements that work for your family, and a team that listens and follows through. With full digital diagnostic records, our technology makes for and easy and comfortable patient experience.

We also tend to remember things. Your child's sport, their show, their upcoming event. The details that have nothing to do with teeth and everything to do with knowing who you are.

Our History

Drs. Brian Zeiner and Gordon Crouch opening this orthodontic office in the 1970’s and became a leading practice in the Farmington Valley. They valued making strong interpersonal connections with their patients as well as providing excellent orthodontic care. Those practice trademarks remain today. Some of the parents in our waiting room today received their own treatment here. That continuity means something to us.

Your First Visit

Your first visit is complimentary — and it comes with no obligation and no pressure. It is simply an opportunity to meet, evaluate your orthodontic situation thoroughly, and help you understand all of your options and timing.

We will take the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure you leave with a clear picture of what treatment could look like — and whether now is the right time to begin. Sometimes it is. Sometimes the best recommendation is to wait. Either way, you'll get an honest answer.

We want your first visit to feel like the beginning of something good.
