Before treatment begins we will thoroughly discuss fees and payment options, so that we can accommodate your needs. In an effort to keep your fees as low as possible we provide no interest, 1 to 2 year payment plans. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Cards and offer automatic monthly credit card payments. As a courtesy, we extend a discount for full payment at the beginning of treatment.
Insurance
Orthodontic Insurance covers orthodontic treatment and is distinct from regular dental insurance. If your policy covers orthodontics you will receive a lifetime orthodontic benefit. This amount will reduce your personal cost. All insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine your maximum benefit. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims and strive to make your experience with us as convenient as possible. We are a preferred provider for Met Life and Dentamax, but we accept most other insurance company orthodontic benefits.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on the patient information form. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
